Please check the delivered products immediately upon arrival. If it appears that the delivered product is not the ordered product, or the product is inadequate or incomplete, you must report immediately by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The return of the received jewelry must be in its original packaging (including boxes and documentation) and in new condition. Commissioning after detection of failure, damage occurring after detection of failure, encumbrance and / or resale after detection of failure, voids the right to claim and return.
If the complaints by a customer are found justified by Sömmer, we will give the customer the choice to replace the delivered goods free of charge or give the customer a refund, in the form of store credits.
As Sömmer is not liable for the loss of an item being returned, we recommend that you return it using registered mail.
You have 14 days to return your items and your returned items must arrive at our office within 30 days of receipt. We do not offer free returns or pre-paid labels.
You may receive a refund of store credit equivalent to your purchase price before shipping costs once the item has been returned in its original condition.
If our tests prove that the items were already worn or altered (except for fitting purposes), we will not accept it back. The items will be sent again to the customer, with no special warning.
We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail or at customs, so please collect your tracking information for good measure.
Always send your invoice and order number with the return. If a returned item is shipped internationally, mark as Returned goods to avoid any customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed by Customs on packages returned.
After we receive the items, allow 1-7 business days for the refund of the piece’s value, without shipping cost. All refunds will only be done in form of store credits and via a promotion code. No monetary refund will be done. This is to ensure a fair and honest trade of jewelry pieces.

Please email us at email@example.com to cancel or modify your order before it ships. Order changes or cancellations can only be accepted if your order has not already been dispatched.

All products are checked prior to posting. If a product is faulty, please contact Sömmer immediately through firstname.lastname@example.org and we will offer to replace the goods. You have up to 14 days, from the date your order arrives, to notify us about an issue with your purchase along with a photo of the fault.
If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will pay for the packaging and postage costs, once agreed via email.
However, we are unable to offer free delivery for change of mind returns or exchanges.

You may cancel any order, provided it has not yet been shipped. Just send us an email and the cancellation will be free of charge. If cancellation was not possible, the products will be delivered to you, which you will need to refuse upon receipt. The products will be returned to us and you will be refunded (only when we receive them) the equivalent purchase price once deducted shipping costs.
